No matter which option you choose, all images are created by me elaborately, with much love and patience based on your photos and wishes. Please keep in mind, even though I create my images digitally, it is time intensive handmade art, no automatic filters or apps.
The regular processing time is about 4 -5 weeks, depending on the current order situation. Extensive images may well take more time. Express orders and fixed deadlines, which should be ready faster than the usual processing time, are possible with a surcharge on request.
Special case Christmas! Please note, Christmas orders are usually only possible until the end of October (canvases) or mid-November (digital). There is the possibility to be put on a waiting list in case a customer cancels his order and a place becomes free.

printed ART canvas
The canvases (linen & cotton blend) are finished and mounted on 1.2"-1.6" pine wood. The printing is done by means of light- and smudge-proof ink on ecological water base (chemical-free). The canvases are smudge-proof, color-fast and have premium quality.
You only need to unpack them and you can hang them up right away.
Delivery time is about 10 - 14 business days after your print approval and are shipped insured.
You will always receive a preview before production.
Individual sizes and formats are possible, prices on request.

Requirements for the photos
Basically, I can work from cell phone photos. Backgrounds do not matter. What is important is how the animal is depicted. I can only paint what I see. As a rule, the better the reference photos, the better my result. With the colorful I have more creative freedom and can possibly work with "worse" photos. But for the classic portraits and memory pictures, good source photos are indispensable.
- The photos must be sharp and the animal well recognizable. The more details I can see, the better the picture will be.
The focus should be on the head of the animal. Likewise, the eyes, nose, facial expressions and facial features should be easy to see.- The minimum size is 1600 x 1000px, the bigger the better.
Please do not enlarge the pictures yourself.
It's best to send the photos as they came out of the camera / cell phone, without resizing or editing or putting any filters over them.Do not send me photos that were previously stored on Facebook / Instagram and simply downloaded there again. These are too small and Facebook "squashes" these images.
For photos taken by other professional photographers, for legal reasons, a written declaration of consent from the photographer is required.Please understand that I will refuse orders with too bad photos, because I can not guarantee an optimal result then.
for horse owners: halters/bridles - these often hide important individual facial features and color transitions. Therefore it is not always possible to paint portraits from them without halter/bridle. It is always an individual decision whether it is possible for me.

After viewing your photos, I will let you know if I can work according to them and implement your wishes.
If I accept your order, you will receive a invoice as a PDF attachment by email.After completion of the image, you will receive a preview, where if necessary changes and corrections can be made in a small way. Especially with the COLORFUL pictures, subsequent changes, due to very complex steps, are often difficult to realize without having to repaint the entire picture. Therefore, it is very important for me that you specify your wishes and ideas absolutely BEFORE! Please also consider that you book ME and therefore will also receive a picture in MY style!
And last but not least... Only when you are satisfied with the picture, the canvas goes into production and on the journey to you or I send you the final HighRes file.
